Media Arabic 2 (MA2) - Advanced Level -
In this course you will study and practice
* Essential newspaper vocabulary & expressions and use them in meaningful context
* Connectors & special grammatical and morphological rules that are used in newspaper language
* Reading comprehension for authentic short & long articles
* Listening comprehension
* Translation of short articles from Arabic to English & vice versa
Topics:
Media 2 will focus mainly on these areas:
* Demonstrations & disturbances
* Internal policies
Who should take this course?
A student who
* has finalized Media Arabic 1 course or
* is at advanced MSA level and has had some exposure to media Arabic
Course duration:
Classes are from Monday to Thursday for 2 hours each.
